We also develop services for growing sales and earnings in the Internet, such as Admitad Cashback, ConvertSearch, ConvertLink, ConvertSocial and Admitad Vendor Network.

To reflect your fast growth, we are looking for a Senior Sales & Relationship Manager DACH to join our team!



  • Acquisition and Development of new and existing Advertiser (clients)
  • Build and expand relationships with Affiliate Agencies
  • Development and usage of state of the art sales tools and methods to acquire new advertisers
  • Assistance for marketing and key account management about market insights, business and market insights
  • Develop and prepare modern sales presentations
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the focus market
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring



  • 5+ years affiliate marketing experience
  • 5+ years sales / new business experience
  • Strong presentation skills (including making presentations and verbal skills)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales process 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to work independent and in a team
  • Excellent German and English skills (preferably Russian)
  • Business network in the DACH region
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, target driven, confident and determined
