Company Description : ZEE5 is the digital entrainment destination,Launched by Zee Entailment Enterprise (ZEEL), a global media and entertainment powerhouse. Launched in India on 12 February 2018, with content across 12 languages like, Hindi, English,Tamil and Gujarati and many more.

Campaign Description : ZEE5 campaign needs to be promoted on CPAT (cost per app transactions) where the validation will be done on subscriptions/acquisitions.

Objective : To increase visibility and driving potential customers to Zee5 mobile app.


 -Campaigns to run strictly on Non-Incent traffic

- No ads should be served on ‘non-brand safe’ properties like adult content, gambling, sensitive topics, spam sites, torrents etc. Any such activity detected will be strictly penalized.

- Campaigns are to be restricted to “INDIA” geography with below state targeting. Any impressions being served to Non-India markets lead to legal issue owing to content copy-right. Affiliate will be responsible for their sub-affiliates’ actions. Checks to be put in place to ensure geo-targeting is strictly adhered to.

- Campaigns will be monitored via ‘Appsflyer Protect360’ for fraud detection i.e. bot, click-flooding, install hijacking to name a few. In case of fraudulent activities detected, it will lead to dis-continuation of the campaigns immediately.

- Require indicative inventory sources & site list for approval. This is required for brand sign-off.

General Campaign terms

  • All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.
  • Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.
  • Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.
  • Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.
