Campaign’s description: The campaign needs to be promoted on CPV (cost per visit) module where there is certain commitment of conversion rate and AOV.
Campaign’s objective: To generate quality visits .
- Conversion rate of 1% needs to be maintained with AOV of INR 1100.
- GA report will be followed
- If CR is not achieved Billing on pro-rata basis
- Any traffic with bounce rate of 60%+ will not be considered for billing
- RTOs will not be considered for billing and if more than 15% of total sales – 5% penalty on overall payout
- Validation would be on delivered order only
- All allowed traffic sources are mentioned in the campaign detail.
- Authentic promotional methods should be used to promote the campaign.
- Advertiser holds the complete right to deny all pending payments in the event of fraud or malpractice.
- Any violation of rules or using unapproved creative is subject to legal action and heavy penalty.
