-> The OTP verified lead should engage in a conversation with Acko's Call centre team for at least 1 minute.  (At least 50% of the leads should be above 1 minute talk time)

-> Sale of 3% (Sale to OTP verified leads)

Qualification criteria : When a lead gets created on the product, it gets pushed to our Lead Managment System. That leads gets called in a matter of few mins. Once in gets connected, agent asks pre-set questions and disposes that lead as Qualified-Follow up.

Following are the questions we ask from the customers:

Q2. Make, Model and Variant

Q3. Regn Year

Q4. Owner (First or Second) to lead to the claim question

Q5. Last Claim Year
