To ensure that both our advertisers and publishers receive the tools and motivation they need to boost their sales and increase revenues, we’re always looking for new ways to improve our bonus program. 

Recently, our developers have been busy implementing two new bonus features into our platform. Now they’re live, ready to use and work as follows:

  1. ‘For total amount of orders’ bonus. Advertisers can now reward publishers with a one-time, fixed bonus for achieving a specified sales target. It’s a simple-yet-motivational incentive for one-time sales boosts 
  1. ‘By order growth’ bonus. Advertisers can choose to reward publishers if they exceed a target by a specified percentage. This will help encourage publishers to overachieve, beat targets and create month-on-month growth 

These new features will help advertisers to:

  • Increase the overall performance of their publishers by incentivising success
  • Attract new publishers to their affiliate program by offering lucrative bonuses
  • Pay only for positive results without having to calculate bonuses manually 

How to add these features into your campaigns

When launching a bonus program, follow the standard procedure as usual and then take these steps to implement each new bonus feature.

Adding a ‘By order growth’ bonus

  1. When choosing the Bonus type, specify By order growth
  2. Fill out the Value range field with:
    1. The base-level number of confirmed actions the publisher needs to exceed
    2. The percentage by which they need to exceed this number to achieve the bonus
  1. In the Payment settings section, select Fixed amount in the Payment calculation scheme drop-down
  1. In the Payment amount field, specify the reward value the publisher will receive if they meet the conditions of the bonus program

Example

Using ‘VVV’ as a bonus title, we’ll show you how it looks in-app. 

Here, the publisher will need to achieve 20% more targeted actions than the assigned 100 minimum. Should they achieve 120 orders in the allotted time frame, they will automatically receive a $15 bonus.

Adding a ‘For total amount of orders’ bonus

  1. When choosing the Bonus type, specify For total amount of orders
  2. Fill out the Value range field with:
    1. The minimum number of orders a publisher needs to achieve to qualify for this bonus
    2. The maximum number of orders a publisher can achieve to qualify for this bonus 
  1. In the Payment settings section, select Fixed amount in the Payment calculation scheme drop-down
  1. In the Payment amount field, specify the reward value the publisher will receive if they meet the conditions of the bonus program

Example

Using ‘WWW’ as a bonus title, we’ll show you how it looks in-app. 

Here, if a publisher achieves between 100-199 sales in a month, they will receive a one-time bonus of $15. Advertisers can also create second bonuses for 200-299 sales and so on. 

Once created, all bonus programs appear in your Active tab. To amend or deactivate a live bonus program before its scheduled end date, contact your assigned Admitad manager.
