What the work actually is

Creator Managers are the connectors between content creators and the brands in Admitad’s network. The work breaks into four concrete steps repeated each week:

1. Find creators in your region (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram — wherever they post) who could realistically promote brand offers.
2. Invite them to Admitad using the scripts and templates your Team Lead gives you.
3. Help them publish their first post with a brand link — answer questions, walk them through the link generator, troubleshoot if needed.
4. Keep them active — follow up the second week, surface new offers, nudge them toward the next post.

You don’t need to be a creator yourself. You don’t need to be a marketer. You need to know how to find people on social platforms, send a clear message, and follow up.

How the pay works

Your payout matches your progress. The weekly base is up to $125 — you earn the share you complete, with no all-or-nothing cliff:

Four full weeks at the top rate add up to up to $500/month. Payment is monthly — you’re paid for the previous month’s completed tasks.

Who we’re prioritising right now

The program is open globally, but we especially want freelancers in five regions where our creator pipeline has the biggest gap:

• UAE
• Saudi Arabia
• India
• Ukraine
• Poland

If you’re based elsewhere, you can still apply. We accept applications from any country — these five are simply where the demand is highest.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need experience in marketing or working with influencers?

No. The most important thing is being able to find creators and communicate with them clearly. We provide outreach scripts, a platform guide, and a Team Lead who walks you through everything before you start.

What if I don’t know any creators right now?

That’s fine. Most creators are reachable through direct messages on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms. Your Team Lead will show you how to find and approach creators who are a good fit. No existing network needed to start.

What exactly are the weekly tasks?

Specific and measurable — for example: get 4 creators fully set up with brand links this week, get 7 publications live, or get 2 publications to generate a confirmed sale. Tasks are matched to where you currently are in the program.

What if I miss a task?

No problem if you complete the others. Your payout is the average completion percentage across all assigned tasks, multiplied by the $125 weekly rate. There’s no all-or-nothing cliff — though weeks under 20% completion aren’t paid.

Is this a job or a contract?

It’s a contract role — paid monthly, and you work as a freelancer or sole trader. We don’t currently offer full employment for this position.

Where are you accepting applications from?

We prioritise people in or primarily posting for UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Ukraine, or Poland — with a strong focus on Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle creators in MENA. You can apply from anywhere if you can reach creators in those markets.
