7. CIBIL: Should be greater than 730

8. Users with Credit enquiries > 5 in the last 180 days will be rejected.

9. No NTC

10. No current DPD

11. Age

12 Salaried: 21-65 years

13 Self-Employed: 25-65 years

On top of this, Federal bank has a formula wherein it takes in multiple parameters to derive whether someone should be given the card or not based on his previous history.
